Theresa brings with her 20+ years of office management and business experience from IT, Information security and office equipment to running bakeries and apothecaries. Her biggest passion is building relationships with clients, helping them to meet their needs with a desire for them to feel seen, heard and encouraged to be the best versions of themselves. Her wide range of experience allows her to be the perfect person to connect you with resources you can trust in a wide range of demographics.

Theresa was born in Washington State and grew up in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Arkansas and finally Utah! Theresa has a passion for all things health and wellness and outside of work can be found working out or creating allergen friendly recipes and/or skin and herbal products in her at home apothecary, as well as making jewelry.

When Theresa is not working or creating, she enjoys spending time with her children, animals and people she loves or curled up with a good book. Surrendering to watching the sunset and the moon with a good cup of tea or watching a storm roll in is always calling her name and she finds peace in nature, especially the ocean and our beautiful Utah views. It is her desire to always leave the world a more beautiful place than she found it.
