He is dedicated to helping his clients pursue their financial goals by guiding them through the investment planning process set forth by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.
In addition to financial planning, he provides specialized knowledge of tax strategies, employee corporate benefits, retirement planning, estate planning, investment management and insurance planning.
As a member of Solomon Wealth Group’s investment committee, Randy works with the team on investment management, retirement planning, and high net worth portfolio management through tactical asset allocation strategies.
Before joining Raymond James in March 2018, Randy was a Senior Vice President Wealth Advisor at Merrill Lynch and a Financial Wealth Advisor at Morgan Stanley. Earlier in his life, he was a pastor at University Baptist Church in Fayetteville. Randy earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Arkansas- Fayetteville, and earned a Master of Theology at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.
Originally from Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Randy lives in Springdale, Arkansas, with his wife, Kristen, and children, Isaac, Chi and Titus. Randy is a member of Fellowship Bible Church in Lowell, and a member of The Blessings Golf Club in Fayetteville. In his free time, he enjoys coaching youth baseball and football.
