Philip F Ucci III,

Although I've worked in the finance industry since 2006, I feel my career truly began years earlier, with the unexpected passing of my mother, Carol, at only 44 years of age. Managing family finances and tending to monthly bills was always my mother's area of expertise. Her unfortunate loss, when I was just 25 years old, created the need to partner with my father to straighten out finances and organize financial matters for our family. This experience influenced my career choice, as well as my role as a parent. I work hard to instill in my own children the importance of organizing your finances, having a strategy and maintaining a budget.

Throughout my career, I've lived by doing what's right for my clients. At times, I've felt like an odd ball. I was told at other firms I'd never succeed in the industry by being nice and always putting the client first. I have been happy to prove them wrong. I help to educate my clients to assist them in making decisions to help them reach their important financial goals. In Sound Financial Partners, I've found the perfect company – one which allows me to help clients reach their goals and live up to my code of doing what's right for them, every day.

When not helping clients, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Heather, and two children, Alexis and Philip. We love playing sports and being outdoors – often with our two beloved rescue dogs, Luna and Daisy, in tow. I also enjoy giving back to the community, serving as part of the local Rotary Club, supporting the Alzheimer's Association and serving food at our local homeless shelter. Coaching my children’s sports teams is also a key part of leisure time.

I feel truly blessed and enjoy the opportunity to work hard for my clients. I look forward to continuing to do so in any way I can.
