Sydney is a dedicated operations director and financial advisor, serving as operations director since June 2022 and expanding into financial advising in June 2023. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in interdisciplinary curriculum and instruction, with a minor in mathematics from Texas State University. She holds both Series 7 and 66 licenses.

Outside of work, Sydney enjoys an active, balanced lifestyle with her husband, Shane. She finds joy in baking, running, playing pickleball and practicing yoga. She also loves spending time outdoors, whether fishing, hunting or enjoying family moments, especially during holidays and game nights.
