Adam serves as an institutional consultant, retirement plan consultant, and financial advisor on our Institutional Consulting Team. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland and holds the

Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. With 17 years of experience at SPG Fiduciary Partners, Adam has held various roles, and his current responsibilities include engaging with committees and boards, designing portfolio structures, developing asset allocation strategies, crafting investment policies, conducting risk assessments, and leading investment reviews.

Prior to joining Raymond James in 2019, Adam served on the UBS Institutional Consulting Advisory Council, a select group of institutional consultants from across the country tasked with advising the firm on all facets of its institutional business.

With over 19 years as a registered professional, Adam currently holds Series 66, 31, 7, and SIE licenses.

Adam’s expertise extends beyond finance into governance, as he chairs the Finance Committee for a $35 million nonprofit organization supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He also leads the Finance Committee at his local synagogue, roles where he collaborates directly with leadership to balance mission-driven objectives with financial realities. His role as a treasurer and board member give him a unique perspective to help ensure he anticipates challenges and aligns solutions with organizational priorities.

Adam has been a featured speaker at nonprofit industry conferences such as the Greater Washington Society of CPAs (GWSCPA) and the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). In 2023, Adam chaired the GWSCPA Non-Profit Symposium, which brought together over 700 non-profit-focused CPAs and other professionals.

Adam and his wife, Kate, have three children and live in Rockville. Adam is an avid golfer and University of Maryland sports fan. One of Adam’s main passions is helping young children, and he proudly serves as a licensed foster care parent in Montgomery County, MD.
