Ryan Sprenkle is a Financial Advisor with Raymond James and a member of Sprenkle Wealth Management in York, Pennsylvania. He works alongside his father, Dave Sprenkle, supporting individuals, families, and businesses with personalized financial guidance rooted in long standing relationships, trust, and continuity.
Ryan joined his father at Sprenkle Wealth Management and Raymond James in 2024. He holds Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 securities licenses, along with life, accident and health insurance licenses, allowing him to assist clients across a broad range of financial planning and investment needs.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Penn State University in 2019. Ryan began his career as a digital marketing specialist that same year, where he built relationships with small business owners across the US, while helping to accelerate their growth. He then worked for a tech and consulting firm, where he worked with an automation team and business development before joining Sprenkle Wealth Management.
As part of Sprenkle Wealth Management, Ryan leverages the extensive resources and research of Raymond James, one of the largest independent financial services firms in the nation, to help deliver tailored financial strategies aligned with each client’s needs. He takes pride in providing attentive service and supporting clients at every stage of their financial journey.
Ryan loves spending time and traveling with his family. He and his wife Allison got married in 2023 and welcomed their daughter Grace in 2025. They also have a dog named Stella. Ryan spends his free time playing disc golf, making barbecue and watching sports, specifically Penn State wrestling and football along with the LA Chargers. He is also an assistant youth wrestling coach at Red Lion, where he wrestled growing up.
