Tom Walrond is with the Raymond James corporate home office and is currently the chief operating officer and senior vice president of Raymond James and Associates Private Client Group.
Tom joined Raymond James in 1998 as a branch manager in Philadelphia, attracted by the firm’s client-centered philosophy and culture of independence. Eight years later, he was promoted to North Atlantic complex manager, and following the Morgan Keegan acquisition in 2012 was promoted to North Atlantic regional director. He attended the Securities Industry Institute at Wharton from 1999 to 2001 and Harvard University’s Authentic Leadership Development Program in 2011. In 2011 Tom was the Raymond James & Associates Complex Manager of the Year. He graduated from Drexel University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
