For Ike, the crux of the advisor-client relationship is trust. Each day he commits himself to helping clients reap the benefits of their years of hard work, understanding they have a trusted advocate in their corner. Ike believes in working collaboratively with those he serves, and feels honored to be able to help them live a fulfilling life, achieve a comfortable retirement and take the necessary steps to help ensure they can leave the legacy they desire.

Prior to joining Raymond James in February 2018, Ike served as a financial advisor with Edward Jones for 41 years. During his tenure with the firm, Ike opened successful offices in Sulphur Springs and Hereford, Texas, and joined the Denton office in 1996. He earned his bachelor’s degree in education from Texas Tech University in Lubbock and is an Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM.

Ike has been active in business and civic affairs in Denton for many years. He currently gives of his time to the North Central Texas College Scholarship Foundation and his local Rotary Club, where he is involved in the Rotary Flag Program, and acts as a sponsor of Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Denton County Adoption Day program. Ike attends St. John Paul II Catholic Church in Denton.

Originally from Gainesville, Texas, Ike makes his home in Denton with his wife, Suzanne. The pair have two children – Aaron, who serves as a financial advisor alongside Ike, and John, who resides in Cooke County – and four grandchildren.
