Justin and his wife, Amy, are proud parents of five children. Justin’s stepson, Chandler, enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 2016 and is now a father to their first grandson, Kobe. Their daughter Ayla attends the University of Missouri, while Kinley is a junior at Notre Dame High School. Kian and Saige, boy-girl twins, are finishing their final year at Avery Elementary.
Justin is deeply involved in his community, volunteering his time as a coach for numerous youth sports teams and serving in multiple roles with the Boy Scouts of America. He is also a strong supporter of local schools, frequently volunteering as a guest speaker to educate students on personal finance and participating in community outreach programs that promote financial awareness.
Justin earned the rank of Eagle Scout in 1999. In 2007, he earned his master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University. After nearly ten years with Edward Jones, Justin became an independent financial advisor and business owner, founding Fireside Financial in 2016.
At Fireside Financial, Justin and his team help high-earning professionals and retirees design thoughtful, tax-aware financial strategies that simplify complex decisions and protect what they’ve worked hard to build. Their work goes beyond investments alone, focusing on coordinating taxes, retirement planning, and long-term strategy so each decision fits into a clear, intentional plan.
