Sara Alexander
Receptionist Administrative CoordinatorSara joined SWK in December 2025 as the receptionist and administrative coordinator. She enjoys interacting with our clients and helping the front office run smoothly. She grew up in a small town near Dallas, Texas, but married an Arkansas Razorback in 2003. Together they have appreciated living in Texas, Colorado, and now Arkansas again.
Prior to joining SWK, Sara worked as an Executive Assistant and also taught American History to middle schoolers, including homeschooling her own children for several years. She earned an English degree from Dallas Baptist University and enjoys history, literature, hiking, and very strong tea.
Sara is married to Rob, also on our SWK staff, and is mother to Ani and Jude. Her favorite thing to do is spend time in nature with her family and their sweet Schnauzer, Lucie.
