Toby graduated from Waggener High School in 1978 and then from Ole Miss in 1982 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He has spent his entire career within the financial services industry. Starting at First National Bank of Louisville, where he was until 1992, and then joining JC Bradford which later became UBS through acquisitions. In 2006, Toby joined Commonwealth Bank, now Stock Yards Bank and Trust, and serves as a Financial Advisor with Raymond James Financial Services, Inc.

Toby has been married to Cindy since 1989 and they have two awesome kids, Grady and Amy. For decades, a big part of his life has been volunteering with kids through coaching and church. Most Saturday mornings you can find Toby at the Nutt Farm in Henry County enjoying the great outdoors.
