Jamie believes clients would describe her as someone reliable, detail-oriented and in their corner even when matters get complicated. She brings with her over a decade of experience in financial services, along with a strong foundation in client support, account management and operational quality.

Today, in her role as practice business manager at Takahashi Retirement Group of Raymond James, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring that every client experience is both thoughtful and efficient – from onboarding on day one to ongoing account maintenance.

Jamie thrives on simplifying the financial experience, helping ensure that every form, deadline and document is handled with care and accuracy. Her goal is to be a steady presence behind the scenes, allowing clients to focus on their financial goals with greater support and reassurance.

Jamie is guided by the principle: “people remember how you make them feel,” and believes her experience in financial services empowers her to help translate complex financial processes into clear manageable steps for her team and clients.

Originally from Southern California and raised in North Carolina, Jamie now calls Las Vegas home, where she lives with her partner, Jonathan, and their two dogs, Eleanor and Boris. Outside of work, she enjoys reading fiction and spending quality time with family, activities she considers her emotional anchor.
