Darcie is the warm smile and friendly voice that greets all of our clients, whether they connect with us in person or by phone. Joining the team in April 2025, she brought with her over 20 years of experience in banking and customer service. She focuses on elevating the client experience through friendly and dedicated support. Darcie plays a vital role in our daily operations. She manages the front desk, provides support to the entire team and efficiently coordinates all client meetings for all of our advisors.
She is currently pursuing an associate's degree in arts at Black Hawk College. A lifelong Rock Island, Illinois, resident, Darcie recently became a first-time homeowner, where she lives with her son, Owen, and daughter, Lillian. In her free time, she enjoys walking her papillon, Sassie, working on home improvement projects and spending time with family and friends. Darcie is passionate about giving back to the community and has volunteered at the Quad City Animal Welfare Center and local treatment centers.
