Joan has spent her entire career in customer service and management, gaining valuable skills and insights during that time. As a natural problem solver, she applies those skills in the day-to-day operations of our firm to make sure our clients receive the personalized service they have come to expect from our team. Joan provides client service and support and is also responsible for our office procedures, keeping our firm running smoothly.

Joan and her husband Gaylon have two grown children and one grandchild. She enjoys spending time with her family, cruising, reading, thrifting, and baking.
