Debra S. Thacker Client Experience Manager

Debra brings her passion for education and training and a strong aptitude for resolving problems to her approach as a client experience manager. She has a varied background, from software development and database design to professional training and management – making her an all-rounder. The diversity she encountered and the wealth of experiences she gained along her career path is one of her greatest strengths.

Debra is committed to delivering dedicated and focused service and strives to support her knowledgeable team with her own experience as clients move into and through their retirement. Her career accomplishments are backed by a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in information systems from Georgia State University.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Tracy, and their children, Cameron and Grace. Debra loves to play tennis and is a board member of the Owensboro Museum of Science and History.
