He helps clients manage and preserve wealth through customized strategies, building relationships for the long term.
Tracy provides retirement, estate and financial planning, as well as portfolio and risk management for his clients, which include individuals, families, business owners, pre-retirees and retirees.

Tracy joined Raymond James in August 2020, attracted by the firm’s client first culture and its in-depth resources. Previously, he worked for Edward Jones as a financial advisor, a mentor and trainer to his colleagues, and a recruiting leader. While there, Tracy was invited to attend the Managing Partners Conference a total of 10 times. The event is held exclusively for the top 400 of the firm’s more than 18,000 financial advisors located in the United States and Canada.*
He holds the professional designation of Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM and is a graduate of Murray State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in marketing.
Tracy believes in giving back to his community. He has served on the advisory board of directors for The Salvation Army for the past 20 years. He is also a supporter of the RiverPark Center, the Bluegrass Hall of Fame & Museum and the Owensboro Tennis Center.
Tracy is a native of Owensboro, Kentucky, and lives here with Debra, his wife of 28 years. They have two children, Cameron and Grace. In his free time, Tracy enjoys tennis, fitness, reading, travel and photography.
