Pablo Ramon Heredia

Pablo joined the Americas Group of Raymond James in November of 2019 in a Practice Business Manager role. Since joining the group he has made it his mission to place clients first while also focusing on the optimization of team processes and procedures.

In 2011, Pablo first joined Raymond James as a Branch Marketing Associate. That quickly turned into various promotions within the firm taking on a Branch Operations Manager position for a number of years followed by more upward movement into a Branch Administrative Manager role. With over 10 years of industry experience, he has a deep understanding of day-to-day branch operations and compliance procedures. He currently holds the Series 7, 66, 9/10 licenses as well as the Wealth Management Specialist^™ designation.

Prior to onboarding, Pablo obtained his Bachelor’s degree at Florida International University where he also spent 10 years managing the Event Operations for the University’s Athletic Programs. In his spare time, he enjoys home brewing, is a gaming enthusiast and loves embracing new cultures and cuisines by traveling the world with his wife, Carolina.
