Before joining Raymond James in 2018, Mike served with Wells Fargo Advisors and its predecessor firms for 21 years. He earned his bachelor’s degree in agribusiness from the University of Georgia. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional, Mike is dedicated to helping his clients work toward their financial goals by guiding them through the investment planning process set forth by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. The CFP® certification is one of the most respected financial planning credentials among consumers and the recognized standard of excellence in personal financial planning.
Mike – a lifelong resident of Georgia – lives in Watkinsville with his wife, Allison, and their children, Lyle and Belle. He can often be found farming from a John Deere tractor, fishing and enjoying an outdoors lifestyle when he’s not in the office. Mike is a past president and current member of the Athens Sertoma Club, a member of Athens Church, and a James F. Byrnes Foundation Honorary Scholar.
