Jim Neff

James R. Neff

Senior Vice President, Investments Wealth Management Specialist

With more than three decades of industry experience, Jim has the knowledge to guide clients through a variety of market environments. He has recently shifted to a more client-centered schedule from his previous role as branch office manager. He is still very actively involved in logistics, concentrating in areas such as selecting and monitoring retirement platforms and engaging in mutual fund research. Jim continues to oversee operation of the CorePlus portfolios and is involved in all aspects of client care.

Jim is a member of the Board of Trustees at Millikin University, where he formally served as the chairman of the board. Jim’s involvement with Millikin is a result of the strong connections made with the university as a student there. Graduating with a degree in accounting, Jim has also held financial advisor positions at EF Hutton and Morgan Stanley. He has earned the Wealth Management Specialist™ designation.

His commitment to the community extends beyond his service to his alma mater. He serves on the Decatur Parks Foundation Board and is an emeritus member of the Community Foundation of Macon County Board.

In his spare time, Jim enjoys golf and cycling. He and his wife, Cindy, have two grown sons and relish their time with their four wonderful grandchildren.
