Austin Kelly joined The Compass Wealth Group as a Financial Advisor in April 2024. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, previously holding positions as a Registered Investment Advisor and Chief Compliance Officer for an independent RIA. Austin works in our Fort Collins office, using his passion and expertise to assist with client services, financial planning, and operational management.

Austin was born and raised in West Texas before graduating from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance. He moved to Fort Collins in 2007 and lives in Windsor with his daughters, Copley and Kinley. Austin enjoys golfing and playing tennis when he is not supporting his daughters in various activities, such as volleyball. He is also a supporter and former board member of Project Self-Sufficiency of Northern Colorado.
