Matthew has been working in customer service for nearly 10 years. He comes from a background in logistics operations, where he found efficient ways to transport and deliver goods around the country. Now joining The Doepel Group, Matthew brings a new approach to financial services.
As the first contact for clients, Matthew manages day-to-day activities to schedule, gather supporting documents, complete paperwork, transfer assets, and facilitate any operational requests in order to provide the best level of care possible. He provides an extremely valuable support role for The Doepel Group.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as checking out new movies.
