Susanne (Pearce) Millard, First Vice President, Investments, has provided investment advice to clients for a total of 30 years at Raymond James, UBS, Merrill Lynch and Smith Barney. While at Merrill Lynch, Suzie was the Lead Consultant for the Specialized Institutional Group of Honolulu where she consulted on approximately $4 billion in assets.

Suzie graduated from The Colorado College Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. Additionally, she received her Masters of Business in Finance from The University of Colorado where she received the FEI Outstanding Graduate Award. Subsequently, she served as an Instructor of Finance for six years at the University of Colorado.

Ms. Millard has also earned the CIMA® designation and the Alternative Investment Certificate from the Investment Management Consultants Association at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. In 2006, Suzie was awarded the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation after completing two years of rigorous coursework and qualifying exams. Over subsequent years Suzie undertook demanding coursework and earned the following designations: In 2016, the Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS®); in 2021, Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®); and in 2023, Non-Qualified Plan Advisor (NQPA®). She currently serves on the Retirement Plan & Institutional Advisory Council.

In Honolulu, Suzie is currently on the Board of Mid Pacific Institute, a K-12 independent school, and served as its Chair from 2015-2019. She also chaired the Board of Common Grace & Malama Mentors, a public elementary school mentoring program from 2006-2016 and is an Honorary Board member today of that organization. Suzie is a Board Member for River of Life Mission which addresses the homeless population on the island and has also been appointed to the Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii’s Public Health Committee. Previous community service includes Chairing the Investment Committee and serving as a member of the Finance Committee for Waialae Country Club. Previous board positions include Aloha United Way, Coalition Against Sexual Assault, Friends of Family Specialty Courts, The Children's Alliance, Common Grace as well as several leadership positions within First Presbyterian Church of Honolulu.
