Roger has been active in supplying investment and insurance services to individuals, companies and unions with clients across the country and internationally. His specialty is the design and administration of qualified and non-qualified employee benefits and retirement plans.
Roger earned a BS in economics from Arizona State University and an MS in administration from the University of California, Irvine. He has the CLU® professional designation from the American College of Chartered Life Underwriter and was active in the formation of the National Institute of Pension Administrators and wrote two of the original exams.
