Throughout her 35-year career in the financial services industry, Bev has focused on one goal: helping those she serves achieve financial independence through thoughtful professional advice, quality investment products, sound risk management and personal, efficient service. She specializes in financial, retirement and education planning, as well as insurance solutions and client services. She recently earned the Certified Divorce Financial AnalystTM (CDFA®) designation, so she could specifically help people through one of life’s most unsettling financial events.
Bev has worked with The Oakley Group for 30 years. Before the group’s transition to Pinnacle Asset Management and Raymond James, she held the roles of vice president and senior investment associate with SunTrust Investment Services from 1997 to 2017. Prior to that, Bev served for six years as vice president and marketing director with SunTrust Bank in the trust and investment services division. She earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Belmont College, now Belmont University, in 1987.
Always an active member of her community, Bev served for 25 years as publicity director for the Christmas 4 Kids charity. In the 1990s, she hosted a public affairs television show on PBS called “Heart of the Matter.” She also was an on-air host for MBC Media’s “HealthBreak” TV spots, covering various medical topics and highlighting hospitals and their amazing work across the country. In her free time, Bev enjoys writing, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
