Taylor is a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner and Chartered Financial Consultant®, with more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry.
With a focus on comprehensive financial planning, Taylor serves individuals and businesses by listening effectively to their financial concerns and developing a long-term strategy based on their unique needs. He follows a systematic and disciplined approach to advising his clients. His espouses the “client first” philosophy held by Pinnacle and Raymond James, as it is perfectly aligned with his own specific client-centric focus.
Taylor began his financial services career early, securing an internship with Morgan Stanley while in college at Western Kentucky University. He graduated from the university in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in finance before serving as a sales associate with A.G. Edwards for four years. Taylor then went on to work with SunTrust Investment Services for four years as a sales associate, joining The Oakley Group in 2014 as an investment officer. He transitioned with the team to Raymond James in 2017.
A native and resident of Nashville, Taylor is an active member of Midtown Fellowship Church and a participant in various community service events around the city. He’s an avid sports fan, and enjoys attending both professional and college sporting events to support the Titans, Predators and Vols. Taylor’s preferred vacationing spot is Florida’s gulf coast, where he can be found relaxing on the beach and deep-sea fishing with family and friends. He and his wife, Erin, are the proud parents of Ellie, who just turned 2.
