Gary splits his time between his Loveland, Colorado and Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida offices.
Gary is passionate about providing clients with the financial freedom to pursue a work-optional lifestyle, and that is the cornerstone on which he has built his practice. Whether he is helping a successful professional develop a comprehensive financial plan or advising a local business owner on a life-changing liquidity event, Gary is dedicated to guiding his clients to help achieve their personal and professional goals.
His mission is to empower them to be confident in their financial decisions through education and understanding, so they may enjoy their wealth now and in the years to come.
Gary brings a lifetime of experience to his role as a wealth management professional. Raised by a single mother in Jacksonville, Florida, he learned first-hand the power of financial independence, as they often struggled to make ends meet. This experience taught him to be self-reliant and very resourceful. It also inspired Gary to pursue a profession where he could help families gain the confidence and self-reliance to make sound financial decisions. He will tell you that this is his “why.” He believes that if clients will listen and implement the strategies he recommends, he can help make a significant and profound impact on the quality of their lives and the lives of their children and grandchildren.
As an advisor, Gary’s role is to guide his clients in the growth and preservation of their assets, while providing for current income and cash flow needs. His comprehensive approach begins by articulating each client’s needs, goals, dreams and challenges. This information then serves as the foundation for the development and implementation of a tailored financial strategy and legacy plan that can be easily adapted to respond to life changes.
As a strong believer in paying it forward, Gary supported many important organizations over the years. He is a former president of the Weld Food Bank in Greeley, Colorado, where he managed a successful capital campaign to raise $2.5 million for the food bank’s current location. He was also the chairman of the finance committee for the century-old Greeley Philharmonic Orchestra and a United Way Loaned Executive.
Gary currently lives in Jacksonville Beach, Florida with his wife Amy, and Chewie, their wonderful Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier.
Gary and Amy have three amazing children:
- Joshua is a graduate of Texas Christian University and Texas A&M University. He currently works as a Technology Consultant with Price Waterhouse Coopers.
- Elisabeth is a graduate of Texas Christian University.
- Emily is a graduate of Florida State University.
Gary enjoys spending time with family and friends and participating in many outdoor activities, pickleball, boating and fishing.
