Don has 34 years of experience in the financial services industry beginning as an actuarial analyst at Security Connecticut Life Insurance Co. in 1980. He has worked as an actuarial programmer and program manager for a major computer installation at United Insurance Co. of America. In 1999, he moved into sales as a registered representative at Edward Jones. In 2005 he moved to H&R Block Financial Advisors. He spent time networking with the local tax professionals in building a business through referrals. Now, as partner with The Rogers Group of Raymond James, he has turned his focus to the defined contribution space and intends to make the 401(k) relationships he develops with his clients one based on service.
