The Seiler Group

Helping institutional clients fulfill their important missions

The institutional clients we serve are seeking a clearly defined investment approach that is conservative in nature and designed to carefully create growth while preserving assets.

We begin by developing an investment policy statement designed to help ensure continuity in decision-making even as committee members and plan fiduciaries change.

We then turn our attention to designing an investment portfolio aligned with each client’s needs, mission and objectives. Approaching asset allocation in a disciplined manner, we include alternative investments where appropriate, as a way to further diversify each portfolio. Lastly, we make sure we monitor expenses and adhere to a fiduciary standard of care.

Beyond our initial recommendations, we continuously monitor performance, management and fees, then meet with each client quarterly or semiannually to make recommendations and updates to the plan. By collaborating with your directors, board members and other professional advisors such as trustees, attorneys and CPAs, we address important aspects such as cash flow management, risk management and tax liability.

In today’s complex world, you are challenged to stay current with economic news, monitor your investments and respond to fluctuating market conditions. We can free you from this never-ending responsibility – so you can focus on fulfilling your organization’s mission. The services we offer institutional clients include:

  • Investment policy statement development
  • Portfolio construction and management
  • Asset management
  • Strategic planning
  • Cash flow management
  • Corporate retirement plans
  • Fiduciary guidance

There is no assurance that these strategies will be successful. Investing involves risks including the potential for capital losses. Asset allocation does not guarantee a profit nor protect against losses. The allocation mentioned is not suitable for all investors. Alternative investments involve specific risks that may be greater than those associated with traditional investments and may be offered only to clients who meet specific suitability requirements.
