Nevin Sari is an accomplished financial services professional with a proven track record in operations, risk management, and product development. In her current role as Business Practice Manager, Nevin leverages her extensive experience to optimize business processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

Previously, Nevin served as Vice President of Product Development for Alternative Investments at Citi Private Bank, where she led the launch of private equity and real estate offerings. She partnered with cross-functional teams—including Legal, Research, Tax, Operations, and Global Compliance—to manage complex fund structures, oversee KYC/AML compliance, and drive product approval processes. Her leadership extended to mentoring junior team members and implementing technology solutions to enhance efficiency.

With over two decades in the financial services industry, Nevin has held key roles at CITCO Fund Services and Bank of New York Mellon, where she managed investor relations, supervised client services teams, and spearheaded risk control initiatives. Her expertise spans operational analysis, issue management, process testing, and regulatory compliance, supported by strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel.
