Sophia is the newest member of our team and serves as our Practice Marketing Associate. In this role, she manages our social media presence, supports team scheduling, and prepares documents for client meetings. She also monitors engagement and coordinates internal meetings, team events, and training sessions hosted by our practice.
Before joining us full-time in December 2025, Sophia interned with our team during the summer of 2024, assisting with marketing initiatives. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Randolph-Macon College in the spring of 2025, while concluding her swimming career as a conference champion.
Sophia is eager to contribute to a full-time capacity. Having lived abroad in cities including Rome, Paris, Bangkok, and Athens, she brings a global perspective and now lives in Loudoun County, Virginia. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, traveling, and trying new things.
