Jeff Carter joined Tri Counties Bank in 2017 with more than 25 years of experience in the industry. Serving the Sacramento, San Joaquin Valley and Bay Area regions, Jeff delivers targeted solutions for high net worth individuals, families and businesses, and oversees all financial and business planning needs for his clients.
Prior to joining Tri Counties Bank Wealth Management Group, Jeff worked for The Private Bank at Wells Fargo. He has also owned and operated a planning firm that specialized in providing customized solutions for his clients’ business, investment and estate planning needs.
Jeff received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of the Pacific (UOP) in Stockton, California. While attending UOP, Jeff won Academic All-American recognition and was the Student-Athlete of the year.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
