Linda is deeply familiar with the dynamics of a family-run business, having grown up in one built together by her parents. Today, she works alongside her husband, Michael Rodenbaugh, continuing that tradition with a shared commitment to building lasting client relationships grounded in trust.

In her role, Linda oversees client communications, community engagement, the firm’s branding, as well as marketing initiatives. She focuses on internal processes to ensure a seamless client experience.

Linda began her career in the financial services industry working with mutual funds. She later held multiple roles at Antonio H. Martinez, LP progressing from an administrative assistant to office manager. It was here where she developed a strong foundation in both analytical and relationship-driven aspects. Linda gained valuable operational and financial management experience there. Today, Linda values the firm’s affiliation with Raymond James. It is a company that shares her appreciation for a client-first philosophy and a strong ethical culture.

Linda earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business - Spanish from the University of Texas at Arlington. She also earned a Master of Arts degree in Human Dimensions of Organizations from the University of Texas at Austin.

Outside of the office, Linda is actively involved in supporting organizations that serve children and animals in need. She contributes her time and talents sewing for Cook Children’s Medical Center and Project Linus, creating handmade quilts, pillows, cases, and bags for children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or facing challenging circumstances. She also supports local animal rescue organizations as well as the Snowdrop Foundation, which provides scholarships to pediatric cancer patients and survivors.

Linda is a native Texas. She was born in San Angelo and has lived in Arlington for most of her life. She has been married for 33 years to Michael, her high school sweetheart. Together, they have three grown children: Matthew, Madeline, and Marisa. In her free time, Linda enjoys spending time with her family, reading, quilting, traveling, participating in Snowdrop events, and cheering on her Texas Longhorns.
