With more than three decades of experience in wealth management, he has dedicated his career to guiding successful individuals and families through the critical phases of building and maximizing their financial goals.

Mike serves as a trusted financial quarterback – coordinating seamlessly with clients’ legal, tax, and business advisory teams to design holistic strategies that support long-term success and post-exit wealth sustainability. Mike’s strength lies in simplifying complex financial matters and crafting actionable, personalized plans aligned with each client’s vision and timeline. As a Certified Financial Planner® Professional (CFP®), Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), and Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®), he brings together technical knowledge, strategic insight and real-world experience to guide entrepreneurs, business owners, and families through every stage of building and preserving wealth.

He also works closely with entrepreneurs to identify growth opportunities, increase enterprise value, and align business planning with wealth objectives. His exit planning expertise helps owners prepare for timely, tax-efficient, and meaningful transitions – whether selling to a third party, transferring to family, exploring employee ownership, or private equity options.

Mike was raised in Arlington, Texas. He still resides there with his wife, Linda. High school sweethearts, they have been married for over 32 years and together raised three children – Matt, Maddy, and Marisa. Deeply committed to giving back, Mike volunteers with the College of Business at the University of Texas at Arlington, mentoring upperclassmen majoring in finance and accounting.

Mike actively supports causes close to his heart, including veteran’s initiatives, women’s shelters, first responders, animal welfare, and childhood cancer research with funding through the Snowdrop Foundation. Outside of work, you will find Mike traveling, hiking, attending concerts, or cheering on his favorite college football team, the Texas Longhorns, as well as his favorite professional soccer team, Chelsea.
