Qlirim Dauti entered the financial planning profession with one goal in mind: to help people turn their success into lasting significance. Known for his honesty, warmth, and dedication, he believes transparency is the foundation of every meaningful relationship. Qlirim began his career at Wells Fargo Advisors before joining Edward Jones, where he spent eight formative years growing his client base and sharpening his expertise. In 2019, he joined Raymond James, drawn by its client-first philosophy, world-class resources, and culture of independence. Over the years, he has built his practice on a service model that delivers tailored strategies for business owners, entrepreneurs, and families — leveraging both traditional and alternative investments with the goal of enhancing outcomes and mitigating taxes.

As a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) and Certified Exit Planning Advisor® (CEPA®), Qlirim specializes in exit planning, tax-efficient wealth strategies, and multigenerational legacy planning. His process is especially tailored to business owners preparing for liquidity events, guiding them through both the financial and emotional transitions. Over the years, he has helped dozens of business owners successfully transition out of their companies — preserving wealth and peace of mind through thoughtful, tax-efficient strategies.

Originally from New Jersey, Qlirim now lives in Dallas, Texas, with his wife Bleta and their three children — Djellza, Dhurata, and Blerim — who are the heartbeat of his life. Every decision he makes, both personal and professional, is anchored in his desire to build a secure, values-driven future for his family and to help his clients do the same.
