Kelly focuses on serving women investors. “As a female advisor who was divorced and starting over at the age of 35, I connect and understand the unique emotional issues that often surround finances and savings in that context,” Kelly said.
Her clients open up to her on a very personal level. “I want them to know that they can talk openly with me about their finances, goals and aspirations without feeling judged. I pick up on subtle clues and body language that prompts me to probe deeper to ensure that I’m serving my clients fully. Clients leave my office feeling heard and understood.”
Kelly’s goal is to educate and empower her clients, and provide them with a plan to work toward achieving financial independence. “Many people do not receive any formal training about their finances. I believe I can make a difference in this area. I strive to provide clarity in a positive and sincere manner. I believe the way I work with clients ensures that they feel empowered.”
Before joining Raymond James in August 2020, Kelly was a registered client associate at WHF Wealth Management and a financial advisor at Soltis Investment Advisors and Presidio Wealth Management. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Westminster College of Salt Lake City.
“I have many years of knowledge to draw upon and have had many roles in the financial services industry. I also seek additional education and information when appropriate.”
Kelly is active in her community and serves as a board member of Soroptimist International, an organization focused on the economic empowerment of women. She also serves on the
boards of the Utah Watercolor Society and the South Jordan Arts Council.
She is a Utah native and has lived here her entire life. She has a grown son, Nathan. In her free time, Kelly enjoys painting, playing violin, rock climbing, kayaking and hiking.
