Office Manager, joined Marie Finazzo Johnson at the San Bernardino office of Raymond James Financial Services in November of 2006. Prior to that she had nine years of customer service experience in the call center of a large office supply distribution company. Her most recent position there was as a Customer Service Lead assisting companies in the Pacific West, Hawaii, and parts of Canada.

At Raymond James, Melissa is responsible for daily office functions such as opening new accounts, handling money movement requests, check deposits, account transfers, account reviews, fund research, and, most importantly, being an operations liaison between clients and the home office. She is also a Notary Public. Melissa keeps all information confidential and is always willing to help with clients’ needs. She is detail-oriented and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. She is a cheerful and trustworthy professional.

Melissa was born in California and has lived here all her life. She enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family. She has two beautiful daughters who are busy young adults. In her free time Melissa enjoys experimenting with new cooking techniques and recipes.
