The financial advisor’s formula for success
Being a financial advisor is about helping people by guiding them in pursuit of their financial goals.
But what about your goals? How will you move toward your vision of success?
The Raymond James Advisor Mastery Program provides new advisors with the skills and knowledge to turn their drive into a rewarding career in financial advising. The two-year program positions you for success, guiding you through every aspect of building your practice and becoming a trusted advisor to your clients.
Participants learn about three ingredients of time-tested performance: motivation, coachability, and the willingness to push to failure.
“It’s a solid formula to help you push toward success,” financial advisor and program graduate Camille York Adrien, CFP®, CDFA®, AAMS®& says in the video below.
“Instead of thinking of it as failure, think of it as experiments,” she says. “Sometimes the experiment works, sometimes it doesn’t. You may have to substitute a few ingredients or scratch it and start all over.”
In the Advisor Mastery Program, you can acquire the necessary licenses and learn essential advising concepts through distance and in-person curriculum, coaching from seasoned advisors and mentoring from those who’ve been where you are. You’ll also gain the skills and knowledge required to become an effective advocate for your clients – all while earning a competitive salary in a supportive environment.
