Van Pearcy’s Wealth Services Team operates much like a family, and Donna Pearcy – Van’s wife – is one of its most important members. From bookkeeping and budgeting to human resources, Donna’s duties at the office run the gamut.

Donna graduated from Angelo State University in 1983 with a B.S. in Elementary Education, after which, she spent several years teaching in bilingual resources classrooms.

Originally from Nebraska, Donna has called Texas home for many years. She and Van currently reside in Midland where the high school sweethearts raised their two children. Their daughter Erin graduated from Texas Christian University (TCU) and is a Land Administrator/GIS Analyst for Ameredev in Austin where she lives with her husband, Brian. Their son Vance also graduated from TCU and joined the team in early 2016. In her spare time, Donna loves to be with family and friends, watch college football, and spend time at the ranch.
