Dean Pippio is a Vice President, Senior Asset Management Consultant, in the Asset Management Services department at Raymond James & Associates. He joined Raymond James’ Asset Management Services department in 2003 to support Raymond James advisors in FL and GA. In this role, Dean acted as a technical consultant on all investment managers and portfolios available through the department in order to develop client solutions with advisors. In 2007, Dean was promoted to regional manager for the southwest, from Texas to California, and, in 2013, he was asked to manage the Florida region. In this capacity, Dean is responsible for supporting advisors on a face-to-face basis by providing updated investment information that may impact their client assets, such as changes to portfolio allocations, managers or capital market assumptions; assisting in client meetings and events; and presenting ideas on managing and developing their business. Prior to Raymond James, Dean worked for T. Rowe Price as a Client Relationship Specialist, opening up their San Francisco Investor Center in 2000.
Dean received his BS in Finance from the University of South Florida. In 2006, he earned his Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation from the Investment Management Consultant Association at the Wharton School of Business, the University of Pennsylvania. Dean is a member of the Investments & Wealth Institute. In 2019, he earned his Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation.
