Having grown up in the financial services industry, Craig has seen firsthand the positive and lasting impact an advisor can have. His background has given him unique insight into how critical it is to have someone trustworthy who can remove the emotional aspect to investing and inject objectivity into the decision-making process.
Craig specializes in asset management, risk management and financial planning. His goal for his clients is for them to feel confident in their own financial independence, and in their ability to live the life they’ve envisioned, including a comfortable retirement.
He establishes a financial road map for pursuing each client’s unique set of goals, and then analyzes how specific investments can complement one another, striving to satisfy the objective of achieving the highest performance with the lowest amount of risk.
Before joining our team in 2010, Craig held the position of Vice President, Asset Management Consultant in the Asset Management Services department of Raymond James. He was responsible for consulting with financial advisors and making recommendations on portfolio management, asset allocation and investment analysis. Craig graduated from Rollins College with a degree in psychology. He played on the school baseball team while there.
Craig is active in many community organizations. He serves on three committees of the Tampa Downtown Partnership: Transportation, Growth & Commerce and the Special Services District Advisory. He also serves on the board of Friends of the Riverwalk and the Tampa Preparatory School Alumni Association.
In addition, Craig is a member of Emerge Tampa, the University Club, and the Young Adult Division of the Tampa Jewish Community Center & Federation. He also serves as a volunteer and assistant varsity baseball coach for Tampa Preparatory School and participates in the American Heart Walk, the premier fundraising event of the American Heart Association.
Craig grew up in Tampa and today lives downtown. In his free time, he enjoys playing baseball, basketball, golf and tennis, and attending live sports, music, theater and comedy events. He is also an avid movie watcher.
