Hillary joined our firm in early 2023 overseeing strategic planning initiatives, communications, marketing, community outreach and human resources. In her role, Hillary is responsible for identifying and supporting strategies for growth and community engagement, while facilitating efficiency analysis to ensure that Kathy Moran Wealth Group maintains its margin of excellence.

Hillary joins our team with over 16 years of experience in human resources and talent development, having served in strategic business partner roles for organizations in both the hospitality and distribution industries.

After growing up in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, Hillary attended Auburn University where she graduated with a degree in Communication. Hillary is a talented vocalist and has had the privilege of performing across the United States and internationally. In fact, Hillary and her husband, Ryan, met at Auburn because of their mutual love of music. They perform locally as a musical duo since relocating back to the area in 2010. While Hillary enjoys music, travel and discovering new food and wine, her greatest joy is spending time with their vivacious son, Pierce.
