Annette Vivian brings over two decades of international experience to VIP Bespoke Retirement, where she works alongside Mark to help clients simplify what others make complicated.
Born on the Isle of Man and educated and trained in the British Isles as a Chartered Certified Accountant, Annette’s career has taken her across Europe, Asia, the Caribbean, and the U.S., advising families, fiduciaries, and institutions on how to plan across borders, help preserve what matters, and keep their wealth working in the right direction. She later earned her Certified Trust Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) qualification to deepen her trust and estate planning expertise — though her goal is to bring perspective rather than qualifications. She really enjoys the human aspects of the business.
At our practice, Annette helps ensure decisions are grounded, forward-thinking, and aligned with the big picture. She’s known for asking unusual questions, quietly catching blind spots, and keeping things on track without adding noise.
Being a qualified Project Manager came in useful as she helped build this practice to be the opposite of traditional. No hard sells. No scripted meetings. Just thoughtful strategy — and a team that pays attention to what really matters.
Now based in Palm Springs, Annette finds joy in her spare time in the small things: a fast-paced pickleball match, morning chats at the dog park, walking, slower travel these days, and a tiny sized Labradoodle, Obi, with big opinions. She also helped found a new Rotary group and believes giving back should be built in — not bolted on.
Her style is calm, curious, and quietly sharp — and it fits right in here.
