Honest and reliable, Lee strives to provide clients with valuable advice to help them meet their financial goals, but while doing so, to also earn their trust, respect and friendship.

Lee is one of the two principal financial advisors of Water Street Wealth Management and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER practitioner. The prestigious CFP® certification is one of the most respected financial planning credentials among consumers and the recognized standard of excellence in personal financial planning.

Before moving to Raymond James in 2018, Lee spent 20 years at Wells Fargo Advisors and the firms it acquired (Wachovia and A.G. Edwards). He began his professional life as an Advanced Engineering Systems Engineer for Electronic Data Systems at multiple General Motors facilities. Lee earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Saginaw Valley State University.

Active in the community and dedicated to giving back, Lee is Treasurer of the Michigan Lutheran Seminary Foundation of Saginaw, President of the Booster Club for Michigan Lutheran Seminary High School, Board Member of the Tri City Brewing Company, Board Member of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod Retirement Program Commission and a member of the Men’s Philanthropy Group at the Bay Area Community Foundation.

In past years he has served as Chairman of the Board of Education of Bethel Lutheran School of Bay City, as President and Vice President of Bethel Evangelical Lutheran Church (Wisconsin Evangelical Synod) of Bay City and as a Board Member of the Building Trades Advisory Board of Bay-Arenac ISD Career Center.

Lee grew up in Bay City and currently lives in nearby Essexville with his wife, Amy. They have three grown children, Hayden, Hunter and Olivia. In his free time, Lee enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, traveling and spending time with his family.
