David Kassenoff

David Kassenoff is an Independent Director and Audit & Risk Committee Chair on the Board of Directors of Raymond James Trust, N.A.  David joined the Board in 2018. 
 
David is an attorney with 30 years of trust and wealth management experience.  Prior to joining the Board of Directors, David was Associate General Counsel at Bank of America, where he spent 20 years providing legal advice, risk assessment and guidance to the Bank’s trust and wealth management business, U.S. Trust.  In that role, his responsibilities included legal oversight of policy and procedure, fiduciary investing, conflicts of interest, compensation plans, litigation risk, and various governance/oversight committees. Prior to joining Bank of America, David was in private practice with a law firm in Miami, FL, where his practice focused on litigation of trust and estate cases. 
 
David earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina, and his law degree from the University of Miami.  In 2016, he was named to the Trust Banking Hall of Fame by the Florida Bankers Association.
