Claudia plays a key role in ensuring our office runs efficiently and provides valuable support for our financial advisors and clients. She manages a wide array of duties, including handling service requests, managing client accounts, and assisting with our team’s marketing efforts.

Personable and detail-oriented, she strives to ensure clients receive timely and thorough responses to each of their requests, and is committed to providing an exceptional client experience while helping advisors do the best job possible.

Before joining our team in April 2022 Claudia was working with another team at Raymond James as a Sr. Registered Client Service Associate. Prior to joining Raymond James in 2016, Claudia worked in a similar capacity for Fidelity Investments as a Relationship Manager and Charles Schwab as a Sr. Relationship Manager. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Shepherd University.

Originally from El Salvador, Claudia lives in Waverly, NY with her husband, Nicholas, and children, Gabriel, Michael, Hannah, Raphael, and their dog Jake. In her spare time, Claudia enjoys hiking and visiting wineries.
