A life-long resident of the Washington, DC area, Joe Whalen has been a part of Global Wealth Management Group of Raymond James since 2015. Serving in several roles in GWM, Joe continues to focus on long term, risk adjusted asset growth and holistic multi-generational financial planning.

A graduate of Gonzaga College High School in Washington, Joe went on to graduate from the University of Maryland with a degree in Economics. While at Maryland, Joe captained the Men's Rugby Team and was a 2 year Rugby All-American.

Joe lives in the Adams Morgan section of Washington. While not working, Joe enjoys all activities out doors.
