Maxwell Miller

Financial Advisor Trainee

Max Miller is an essential part of the Weingard Wealth Management of Raymond James practice. He embodies everything that our practice represents: client dedication, proactive planning, assertive follow-through, and genuine care.

Max earned a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University’s undergraduate business school, majoring in Hotel Administration with a minor in Real Estate. He was introduced to our practice by our colleagues in the Raymond James Investment Banking group. Previously, Max interned with their prestigious Technology & Services team, known for its deep sector expertise and track record for advising and closing transactions ranging from $100 million to $2 billion. Immersed in high-impact projects and live transactions, Max developed his sharp analytical mindset and enhanced his work ethic. Though offered a full-time role, he chose what he views as a more personally fulfilling path—working directly with individuals and families to guide them through meaningful life transitions and wealth management decisions.

Prior to Raymond James, Max interned in business strategy and operations at a veterinary startup in Montreal, where he supported the company’s international expansion efforts. He conducted competitive pricing research across dozens of clinics and developed tools for senior leadership to make data-driven decisions, similar to how he helps empower our clients to make wealth decisions. This experience sharpened his analytical skills and deepened his appreciation for client-centered problem solving.

Max brings a caring, relationship-driven approach to our practice. He is passionate about making a meaningful impact for our practice and clients.

Born and raised in Montreal, Max loves hockey. When he’s not playing or following the game, he enjoys spending time with his cherished friends and loving family.
