CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™

Sharing his family’s passion for financial planning, Robert joined Weingard Wealth Management in 2012. In 2015, he became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.

Robert is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive wealth plans to help our clients achieve their financial goals and efficiently transfer wealth to the next generation. His educational background and certification as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional ensures that he is well equipped to service all of a client’s financial, estate, retirement, tax mitigation, investment, and insurance planning needs.

Additionally, he helps retirees and those approaching retirement make sound investment strategies that address both current and future needs; including: asset preservation, cash flow management and long term care insurance. He also specializes in helping individuals and families navigate major life transitions, including those experiencing the death of a spouse, getting divorced, and receiving a large sum of money from the sale of a business, an inheritance, or a personal injury settlement. Lastly, as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, Robert works with divorce attorneys and their clients to help measure the financial impact of divorce for their clients and creates a financial plan to help them achieve their new life’s vision.

Prior to joining Weingard Wealth Management, Robert was a part of Enterprise Holding’s nationally recognized management and leadership program. At Enterprise, he oversaw operations and managed 250 employees. His managerial effectiveness was stellar, improving metrics by over 30% across key performance areas, including: customer satisfaction, revenue / profitability, operational efficiency, and logistics.

Outside of the office, Robert enjoys spending time with family, playing an active role in the local Jewish community, playing tennis and golf, coaching his children in soccer and flag football, and volunteering for Experience Camps for Grieving Children – a national nonprofit that provides a week long overnight camp for boys and girls who have lost a parent or sibling at no cost.

Additionally, he helps to raise awareness for Huntington's Disease research. His wife's family has been impacted by this disease, and it is deeply important to him. Annually, he helps organize an annual triathlon in Miami benefiting Huntington’s disease.

Robert graduated from the University of Florida in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Finance and achieving Dean’s List distinctions. Originally from Boca Raton, Robert lives with his wife, Amanda, and adorable children, Eli (7 years old), Liv (5 years old), and Avi (just a few months old) in South Florida.
