Christine Scruggs is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience in corporate and nonprofit sectors, specializing in relationship management and strategic communications. Since joining Wellspring in 2015, she has been instrumental in driving operational efficiency, enhancing client engagement, and leading the team’s marketing and educational initiatives.
Christine directs oversight of marketing, communications, and event strategy, with a focus on delivering value to clients and supporting the team’s long-term growth. She also plays a key role in supporting the firm’s captive insurance clients, coordinating onboarding, communications, and ongoing service to ensure a seamless and personalized experience.
Christine serves on the Raymond James Marketing Advisory Council and is a board member of the Tennessee Captive Insurance Association, reflecting her active involvement in shaping industry best practices. She holds a master’s degree in education and a bachelor’s degree in communication from Miami University (Ohio). Outside the office, Christine enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends on the lake.
