Morgan is passionate about helping others achieve their goals through the process of cultivating and fostering relationships. She can easily move between seeing the big picture to focusing on the details when it comes to creativity and problem solving. She is able to simplify larger concepts into smaller pieces when educating and helping others. The importance of seeing the “why” in her work brings intentionality to every task in order to serve clients in the best way possible.
Morgan joined the Wellspring team in the summer of 2021 after completing the Franklin Fellows program of The Fellows Initiative. Originally from Summerfield, North Carolina, Morgan earned her B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from North Carolina State University. Her previous experience across multiple industries has provided her with an abundance of skills in creativity, communication, leadership and operations. She also holds Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Away from the office, Morgan volunteers with Young Life, enjoys watching sports (specifically the NC State Wolfpack and Green Bay Packers) and visiting friends and family in NC.
